“I love rhumba music, wish it was as big in this nation or had an impact like in the 90s in Zimbabwe.
“Howwver, my involvement in helping the youths to record music and display their talent on a rhumba dancehall riddim is the way to go.

“I want to give positive vibe to the youths through the rhumba sound which has a history of playing fundamental role in the history of DRC, and it can also be a motivation to Zimbabwean youths,” said Fally Ipupa Jnr.

“And I am doing this for the love of music and art. I am not expecting anything in return.
“It’s my dream to see music industry to flourish and break barriers that have never been surpassed before,” he added.
One of DKT’s producers, Dallas Mazorodze said music industry needs support for it to grow and was happy with Fally Ipupa Jnr partnership.

“We need more people and the corporate world to play a vital role in investing in music.

“Music is also a business that can yield returns that can contribute to the growth of a country’s economy if properly managed.
“But it seems we have a few business people or the corporate world that is serious to take part in this industry,” he told H-Metro Entertainment & Lifestyle.
