CCC leader Nelson Chamisa will file papers at the Constitutional Court on Saturday seeking to overturn ZEC’s declaration of President Emmerson Mnangagwa as duly elected following August 23 poll. ZEC said Mnangagwa won with 52.6 percent, but rivals say elections not credible .
CCC appeal would stop regime plan to install President Mnangagwa on Monday for a new 5-year term. Mnangagwa's re-election has suffered major credibility blow after regional body SADC, which sent observers, said poll failed to meet regional and international standards.
