Dismembered body parts of Roy George Tinashe Dikinya who slipped and fell into the Victoria Falls gorge on New Year’s Day were finally retrieved by the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP). Dikinya’s remains were retrieved following a six-hour operation. The tourist slipped and fell 100 meters into the 108 meter gorge while taking selfies. The retrieval mission was spearheaded by the police, Zimparks rangers, Mine Rescue Association representatives, Victoria Falls tourism players, and the members of the Zimbabwe Rafting Association.
